Okay, here are most of the shows that I personally attended way back when (I think there were at least one or two more, but the details are lost to time).
22/3/89 NOTRE DAME HALL, LEICESTER SQUARE: SPACEMEN 3, THE WISHING STONES, CHAPTERHOUSE. This was before Russ joined the band. They did about 25 mins as I recall, but no idea what any of the songs were. I went with a friend who'd previously seen them at the After Dark Club in Reading.
7/10/89 CAMDEN FALCON: SILVERFISH, CHAPTERHOUSE. I think this was the infamous 'Lemon Squeezer' night. What happened was they played Johnny Winter's 'I’m Yours and I’m Hers' in the soundcheck with members of Swervedriver in attendance. This song is often called 'Lemon Squeezer' due to the Stones playing it at Hyde Park in '69 and the bootleggers not knowing the correct title. Chapterhouse got it from the Stones boot, so there you go. The long and short of it is said members of Swervedriver kept calling out 'Lemon Squeezer throughout Chapterhouse set, so they eventually gave in and played it!
11/10/89 ULU: The band did a free gig in the student union bar due to Russ still being a student at UCL at the time (as was I). I called out for 'Lemon Squeezer', but Andy told me to shut up!
Late 1990 or early 91 they played a fairly subdued set at Camden Palace to muted response. Mind you, most people used to go to that place to dance and drink in those days rather than for the band.
22/1/94 THE GARAGE: CHAPTERHOUSE, GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS, SONIC BOOM. The last London show until recently I think.
Looking forward to the Scala

Jon.
